3 Reasons why Secondary Domains is a better alternative to Mission Inbox

Reason #1

Mission Inbox pricing might seem appealing, but as a reseller, unexpected costs and limitations can arise.
Secondary Domains offers clear, transparent pricing with no hidden fees, giving you better value per mailbox and ensuring your cold email campaigns remain cost-effective without surprise roadblocks.

Reason #2

Dedicated IPs for Better Deliverability

Unlike Mission Inbox, which doesn’t offer dedicated IPs, Secondary Domains provides users with dedicated IP addresses. This ensures your emails aren’t sent from a shared IP, reducing the risk of being affected by another sender's poor practices.
With a dedicated IP, you maintain full control over your sender reputation, improving deliverability and keeping your campaigns safe from the risks of sharing with spammers.

Reason #3

Full Control Over Infrastructure

Unlike Mission Inbox, which resells services and depends on third parties for infrastructure, Secondary Domains owns and manages its systems.
This direct control ensures quicker solutions to any technical issues, such as mailbox blocks or deliverability problems, providing a more reliable service for your cold email campaigns.

Frequently asked questions

Whats a secondary domains?
Secondary domains are alternative accounts used to protect your primary business domain. You never want to be in a position where you can't email existing customers because you sent too many cold emails. Use your primary domain for crucial customer commuincation and use secondary domains for everything else, including cold outreach!
Why not use Gmail or Outlook?
We recommend Gmail or Outlook for your primary domain. For cold emailing secondary domains, they are just too expensive, too time consuming to set up properly, and you have to manage every account individually. Google charges $21/user/month now... over $1000 every month for just 50 users!
What deliverability score should I expect?
You should expect 98%+ deliverability. Depending on your target customer and content of your emails, this could be higher or lower. We see at least 95% deliverability during warm up. If you have deliverability issues after setup, let us know and we'll help you fix it or give you a refund.
Can I bring my own domains?
Not yet. Right now we create and manage all of your secondary domains as this is the way we can guarantee quality. In the future we plan to add this.
How does the setup process work?
After you subscribe, we'll suggest domain names for you to approve before purchasing. We'll also need some basic business info and usernames. That's it on your end. We handle every step other step to get things set up properly. Then we give you a formatted CSV to upload to Instantly (or any similar system).
Why do I need 50 accounts?
You might only need 15-20. It depends on the volume of email you want to send. Ideally, you send no more than 50 emails per day from each account to get ideal deliverability. So for 1000 emails you need at least 20 accounts. We'll help you figure out the right number of accounts and plan.
Do you send bulk emails for me?
No. We get everything in order so that you can manage email campaigns. You manage campaigns from softwares like Instantly (thats our favorite). We're happy to help if you're new to it, or recommend an agency if you don't want to run campaigns them yourselves.
What pricing plans are there?
We price based on how many domains you want and how much support you need. The best plan for most small-mid companies is $59. For agencies, pricing with the amount of email accounts you need for clients.
